1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the HostelPG website, mobile application, or booking an accommodation through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Student Verification & Platform Role
HostelPG acts as a digital marketplace connecting students and guests with verified property owners. All residents must provide legitimate student or government identity proof (Aadhaar/College ID) upon checking into the hostel.
3. Booking Confirmation & Payment
A bed reservation is confirmed only upon successful payment authorization through our integrated payment gateways. An official Booking Code is issued instantly, guaranteeing bed hold for the selected stay duration.
4. House Rules & Safety Standards
Residents must adhere to the individual house rules of their respective hostels, including curfew hours, visitor policies, and quiet hours. Failure to comply may result in termination of tenancy by the property management.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising out of the use of our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India, under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
