Q. What are the 3 stay types available on HostelPG?
HostelPG offers Monthly Stays (1 to 12 months for regular college students with monthly rent and refundable deposit), Short Stays (1 to 29 days per-night booking for visiting parents, workshop attendees or project interns), and Day Stays (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM same-day slots for interviewees or exam candidates).
Q. Is there any brokerage fee charged by HostelPG?
No. Zero brokerage. We do not charge students any broker commission. You only pay the actual hostel rent and refundable security deposit set by the property owner.
Q. How is the Security Deposit handled and refunded?
The security deposit is paid securely at the time of booking. It is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to timely notice and no room damage as per the hostel's written rules.
Q. Are food / mess charges included in the rent?
Most hostels in Hyderabad include 3-time South/North Indian food (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Each property profile clearly displays whether "3-Time Mess / Food" is included under its amenities section.
Q. What are the curfew timings for Hyderabad hostels?
Curfew times vary by property and gender type (typically between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM for student safety). The exact gate curfew timing is prominently displayed on each hostel's detail page.
Q. How do I verify my bed upon arriving at the hostel?
Once your payment is complete, you receive an instant digital Booking Code (e.g., `HPG2026001`) with assigned Room Number and Bed Code. Simply present this digital pass to the PG owner at the reception desk to check in.
