We collect student name, contact telephone, email address, emergency contact, and college affiliation required solely to confirm bed reservations and provide booking passes. For PG owners, we collect commercial property details, KYC documents, and bank payout information.
2. AES-256 Bank & Identity Encryption
Sensitive owner identification and bank account details (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Account Number) are stored using military-grade AES-256 column encryption at rest in our MySQL databases. Data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption.
3. Non-Disclosure & Anti-Spam
HostelPG does NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third-party advertising brokers. Your information is shared exclusively with the property owner where your stay is booked to fulfill verification obligations.
4. Data Access & Deletion Rights
