Monthly Stays
- Cancellation > 7 days prior to check-in: 100% refund of deposit & rent.
- Cancellation 2-7 days prior: 90% refund (nominal processing fee).
- After check-in: Subject to 15-day notice period as per owner rules.

Short Stays (1-29 Days)
- Cancellation > 48 hours prior to check-in date: 100% full refund.
- Cancellation within 24-48 hours: 50% refund.
- Same-day cancellation: First night fee retained, balance refunded.

Day Stays (Hourly)
- Cancellation up to 6 hours before slot start: 100% refund.
- Cancellation < 6 hours: 80% refund.
- No-show after slot start: Non-refundable.
How Refunds are Processed
Refunds are credited automatically to the original source account (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) through the payment gateway within 3 to 5 business days from the cancellation approval date.
